The London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD) successfully hosted the launch of Inspiring Journey of a Woman on the occasion of International Women’s Day. The event, held both online and offline, brought together professionals from around the world to discuss the challenges women face and how they overcome them.

The virtual event took place on March 7, 2025, with Martha Davidson serving as the Chief Guest. The offline book launch was hosted on March 9, 2025, at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University, UK. Like-minded professionals engaged in thought-provoking discussions about gender stereotypes and societal barriers, emphasizing the book’s role in uncovering hidden struggles and guiding women toward empowerment.

The event was led by Prof. Dr. Parin Somani, CEO & Director of LOSD, and Nurbanu, LOSD Skills Director, both of whom emphasized the significance of women’s empowerment and skill development in today’s world. Their leadership continues to create a platform for individuals to connect, share knowledge, and inspire change.

One of the distinguished participants was Debeshi Chakraborty. She is a dynamic Leadership Coach, PCC-ICF, and Gallup Certified Strength Coach, serving as the Secretary of ICF Delhi NCR. A Gold Medalist Smart City Designer and Commonwealth Scholar, she transitioned from designing cities to shaping future-ready leaders. As the Founder of Dezinecareers Global Pvt Ltd, she has empowered over 14,000 professionals, including top executives from global corporations. An award-winning Coaching Advocate and National Award Winner in Education, Debeshi believes leadership is about transformation, not titles.
