On the social networking platform X (previously Twitter), a video of Indian Army Major General Prasanna Joshi has gone viral. The 56-year-old is shown skillfully performing 25 pull-ups without pausing.

Retired Lieutenant Colonel JS Sodhi shared the widely shared video, in which he shows Major General Joshi entering a gym and making his way to a pull-up bar while still wearing his uniform.



It is evident from the released video that the officer completed the 25 repetitions without difficulty or pause. Every young Army soldier in the gym that was there applauded at the spectacle.
