CPJ COLLEGE, NARELA ORGANIZED ORIENTATION PROGRAMMETO WELCOME FIRST YEAR STUDENTS OF B.A. LL.B (H) & BBALLB (H)

CPJ College of Higher Studies & School of Law, Narela (Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi) organized orientation programme to welcome 1st Year Students of B.A. LL.B (H) and BBA LLB (H), on 10th August, 2024.
During the programme Prof. (Dr.) S.C. Raina, former Vice Chancellor, Himachal Pradesh National Law University & former Dean, Faculty of Law Delhi University was the chief guest and Mr. R.S.Goswami, Sr. Advocate & Ex-Chairman Bar Counccil Delhi, was GuestofHonour- who graced the the occasion by their esteemed presence. The programme formally began with National Anthem followed by lighting of auspicious lamp amidst Saraswati Vandana by the distinguished guests along with Dr. Yugank Chaturvedi, Director General, Dr. Amit Jain, Director Corporate Affairs, Dr. Shalini Tyagi, Principal School of Law and other dignitaries.


Dr. Yugank Chaturvedi gave the welcome address and warmly welcomed the new students and distinguished guests Thereafter, Director General and Principal f CPJ School of Law felicitated the distinguished guests. In his interactions with students Dr. Chaturvedi emphasized the importance of discipline and concentration in a student’s life. Further, highlighting the values of hard work, intellectual curiosity, and unwavering self-belief, he said these qualities are essential for the students to adopt as they stepped into their five year journey of legal education.


The Chief Guest Prof.(Dr.) S.C, Raina firstly said that he was very much honoured to be invited as the chief guest, for today’s orientation programme for1st year Law Students CPJ College. Thereafter, the chief guest complimented new students and said that you are lucky to get admission in this premier college of the city. He further added that Students of Law and Legal Studies have great scope for their future career to succeed and shine in this competitive age. The Chief Guest pointed that there is adequate possibility of success and progress in the field of litigation. The Law is a noble profession.

For Law Graduates various jobs are available in good quantity. Be it a Legal firm, Corporate, Banking, Insurance, Government Departments etc.. In all these services there is always demand of good lawyers. The dedicated and hardworking students can even crack Judiciary Exam. The Hon’ble Chief Guest concluded his address with an important advice for the students that nothing is impossible for an eager, committed and person with probity
The Guest of Honor Mr. R.S. Goswami appreciated the efforts of management of CPJ College to constantly upgrading the infrastructure facilities like, air conditioned class rooms, multi media libraries, computer labs, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and canteen facilities provided for the students. He emphasized, I am very proud to say that, I am associated with this institute right from its inception in 2007, either as guest speaker on various occasions or as a Judge for judging the national Moot Court competition etc.

The learned guest speaker appreciated quality education being imparted at CPJ College. He assured students and parents you are in safe hands. Mr. Goswami highlighted that the faculty and staff of this college are very co-operative and happily step forward to help every students. All students are nurtured to be able to show their better academic results. The Management and staff provide every facility to ensure students become more motivated, fully skilled and well trained to excel in their future career.
Both the honorable guests motivated and encouraged the students to embark their 5-Year legal educational Journey in their chosen college.


At the end the Orientation Programme successfully concluded with refreshment and Vote of thanks proposed by Ms Ishmeet Kaur Sodhi, Assistant Professor. She expressed deep gratitude to the distinguished guest speakers, students and all those who present on the occasion.
