Foreign Beauties Dazzle the Ramp, Steal Hearts at Miss and Mrs. United Nation

New Delhi: The prestigious “Miss and Mrs. United Nations” beauty pageant, organized by Parisa Communication, was held in the national capital at Crown Plaza, Rohini. The event saw stunning performances by participants from various countries, captivating the audience with their charm and talent.

The glamorous event featured contestants from 15 countries. Parisa Communication’s director, Tabassum Haque, shared that the pageant was aimed at raising awareness about breast cancer and women’s health. Contestants from countries like Russia, Italy, Latvia, Kosovo, Moldova, Borneo, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Ukraine, Poland, and India showcased their talents during the competition.

The six-day event included various training sessions and health awareness programs for the participants, along with a tour of Delhi’s famous landmarks. The grand finale featured an impressive catwalk by the contestants, with a focus on raising awareness about women’s health issues, particularly breast cancer.

What sets this pageant apart is its mission beyond fashion. For years, it has been spreading awareness about breast cancer. The participants are actively involved in educating people about this crucial issue. Dr. Kanika Sood, a senior cancer specialist, and Dr. Khyati Venugopal, a senior physiotherapist, played key roles in grooming the beauty queens. Choreographer Archana Shekhar also won hearts with her creative work on the ramp.

Tabassum Haque, director of Parisa Communication, shared how her background in journalism inspired her to create a platform that blends glamour with a social cause. She emphasized that the competition, which began in 2016, has grown to 23 successful editions, with beauty queens from across the globe participating. The pageant continues to empower women by boosting their confidence and promoting health awareness.
