The US Police have disputed claims that Goldy Brar, the criminal responsible for the murder of musician Sidhu Moose Wala, was murdered in a shootout in California.
Yesterday, two males were reportedly shot during a confrontation on Fairmont and Holt Avenue in Fresno, California. According to US police, one of them subsequently died in a hospital. Following the tragedy, several people suspected on social media that the individual slain was Goldy Brar, a Canadian criminal.

The Fresno Police Department has replied to the claims, stating that they are “untrue.” According to IANS, in response to a question, Lieutenant William J. Dooley stated, “If you are inquiring because of the online chatter claiming that the shooting victim is ‘Goldy Brar’, we can confirm that this is absolutely not true.”

The lieutenant dismissed the accusations as “misinformation,” claiming that the police agency had received queries from all around the world.

“We got questions from all around the world this morning as a consequence of misinformation being circulated on social media and other news outlets. We’re not sure who began the rumour, but it quickly spread. However, that is not true. “The victim is definitely not Goldy,” he said.

According to some local media, the guy slain in the event has been named as Xavier Galdney, 37.

Satinderjit Singh, alias Goldy Brar, is a wanted criminal who was designated a terrorist under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. Interpol issued a Red Corner Notice on him, and he is also wanted on a non-bailable warrant.

Goldy Brar, believed to be a prominent member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, rose to prominence after claiming responsibility for the death of Punjabi artist Sidhu Moose Wala in a Facebook post. Sidhu Moose Wala was fatally shot in his automobile near his hometown in Punjab’s Mansa district on May 29, 2022.
