Trump Towers Gurugram Nets ₹3,250 Crore on Launch Day, Signaling India’s Luxury Real Estate Boom

In a striking testament to India’s growing appetite for ultra-luxury living, Trump Residences Gurugram sold out all 298 units on its launch day, raking in a staggering ₹3,250 crore in sales. Developed by Smartworld Developers and Tribeca, the premium project is located in Sector 69, Gurugram, with individual residences priced between ₹8 crore and ₹15 crore.

This grand development comprises two 51-storey towers and is the result of a collaboration between Smartworld, Tribeca, and The Trump Organization. Smartworld will oversee development, construction, and customer service, while Tribeca—holding the exclusive license for Trump-branded properties in India—will manage design, marketing, sales, and quality control.

According to Pankaj Bansal, founder of Smartworld Developers, the overwhelming response underscores India’s desire for world-class residences. “Selling ₹3,250 crore on Day 1 places this among the biggest luxury deals the country has ever seen,” he remarked, adding that Smartworld is committed to delivering a landmark project.

The project’s strategic location near Golf Course Extension Road makes it even more desirable. Launched at a rate of ₹27,000 per square foot, Trump Residences Gurugram promises opulence through bespoke interiors, private elevators, luxury clubhouses, and curated concierge services. The iconic Trump brand enhances the property’s prestige, attracting attention from global buyers.

Spanning a saleable area of 12 lakh square feet, the towers will feature an all-glass façade, double-height living rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a shared rooftop with panoramic views of the Aravalli hills. A standout feature of the second Trump Tower is what’s set to be India’s first aquarium bar, combining a massive built-in aquarium with a luxe bar and dining experience.

Trump Residences Gurugram is the second Trump-branded project in North India, following the successful Trump Towers Delhi-NCR, launched in Gurugram in 2018. That project is also fully sold out and is expected to be delivered later this month. Tribeca has previously brought the Trump brand to India through partnerships with Lodha Group in Mumbai and Panchshil Realty in Pune.

The success of the latest launch, coming shortly after Donald Trump’s re-election as President of the United States, further cements the brand’s international allure and growing footprint in India’s luxury real estate landscape.
