Dr. Mamta Soni, a celebrated ghazal writer, author, and founder of Kala Bharti Foundation, has been honoured with the prestigious 2nd National Social Meet & Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Excellence Award 2025, organized by Wellwiser Trust in association with Fame Finders Media, was successfully held at the Dy. Speaker Hall (Annexe), Constitution Club of India, New Delhi. The event was dedicated to the memory of Bharat Ratna Dr. A. P. J.
