A one-day workshop on CSR funds and projects for NGOs was organized by SITA (Saai Indian Trust Association) at Rana Executive Hotel, Mill Corner (in front of the Commissioner’s Office) in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar on March 9, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The event was held in the presence of CA Shri Shankar Andani, the President of SITA (Saai Indian Trust Association). He called on all social organizations in Maharashtra to unite, work together, and contribute to the development of society. The workshop provided detailed guidance on the requirements for organizations and government tenders.
During the workshop, CA Shankar Andani shared information about the important documents required after registering a social organization trust. He elaborated on obtaining exemption certificates under Section 12A and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act of 1961, deduction registration certificates, registration certificates under NITI Aayog’s DARPAN platform, and FCRA registration certificates. He also explained the details of CSR projects available under the Central Government and private registered companies and how to secure these government grants to make social organizations financially strong and capable of serving society more effectively.
He further stated that social organizations are working hard to realize Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream of a Developed India 2047.




SITA (Saai Indian Trust Association) is playing a crucial role in uniting social organizations and institutions across India on a single platform to support the country’s development. It has received cooperation and support from several organizations nationwide.
In this one-day workshop, along with CA Shankar Andani, the trustee of the organization and tax consultant from Ahilyanagar, Shri Deepak Chaudhary, also provided valuable support and guidance. Advocate Monashree Ahire, CA Hemant Khandasule, and Shekhar Khole also contributed with their guidance during the workshop.
The event was graced by the presence of several distinguished guests, including Arun Bhai Sheikh, President of Madad Foundation; Rajesh Saxena of Rafael Foundation; Dhanesh Dongavkar from Aadhar Old Age Home; Amrit Ubedhal, Executive President of Keshar Women’s Organization; Raju Khajekar, President of Dwarkamai Shikshan Prasarak Mandal; and many other dignitaries from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Beed, Jalna, Parbhani, and Ahilyanagar districts.
At the conclusion of the event, CA Shankar Andani and Harun Bhai Sheikh, President of Madad Foundation, expressed their gratitude to all participants for their support in making the event successful.
