The London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD) successfully hosted the launch of Inspiring Journey of a Woman on the occasion of International Women’s Day. The event, held both online and offline, brought together professionals from around the world to discuss the challenges women face and how they overcome them.

The virtual event took place on March 7, 2025, with Martha Davidson serving as the Chief Guest. The offline book launch was hosted on March 9, 2025, at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University, UK

Like-minded professionals engaged in thought-provoking discussions about gender stereotypes and societal barriers, emphasizing the book’s role in uncovering hidden struggles and guiding women toward empowerment.

The event was led by Prof. Dr. Parin Somani, CEO & Director of LOSD, and Nurbanu, LOSD Skills Director, both of whom emphasized the significance of women’s empowerment and skill development in today’s world. Their leadership continues to create a platform for individuals to connect, share knowledge, and inspire change.

One of the distinguished participants was Sonal Singh, India’s first trained and certified ADHD coach, whose transformative work in neurodiversity and empowerment has made a lasting impact. Diagnosed with ADHD in her 40s, Sonal has dedicated herself to helping individuals harness their strengths and thrive despite challenges. With over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, she brings unparalleled expertise in leadership, coaching, and social impact.

Sonal, an MBA graduate from Thunderbird School of Global Management and BSc in Finance from the University of Utah, also holds a Social Impact Strategy certification from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Hogan-certified coach, Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner trained by Dr. Peter Hawkins, and a Red Team Practitioner. Her contributions extend beyond coaching, as she serves as CEO of a non-profit empowering vulnerable communities and advises startups and family businesses.

At the event, Sonal highlighted the importance of neuroinclusion, drawing from her personal and professional experiences. She emphasized how women, particularly those with ADHD and other neurodivergent traits, face unique challenges in personal and professional spaces. Her insights resonated with attendees, many of whom were inspired by her advocacy for creating inclusive environments.

Through her work, Sonal Singh is not just transforming lives—she is reshaping the conversation around ADHD, neurodiversity, and women’s empowerment. The London Organisation of Skills Development was honored to have her as part of this remarkable event, further strengthening the mission to empower women worldwide.
